Interning at Bosch Global Software Technologies
Throughout my tenure as a UX & Industrial Design intern at Bosch Global Software Technologies (BGSW) in the EHC Design Studio, I've had the privilege of working on a variety of projects aimed at improving user experiences and Industrial designs. From digital pathology devices to healthcare monitoring solutions, I've been involved in every stage of the design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and user testing.

Over View
During my 30-week internship at Bosch Global Software Technologies (BGST) from June 2023 to April 2024, I was primarily engaged in a comprehensive project centered around the development of a digital pathology device called Vivalution WSI. Over the course of the internship, I led the user experience activities for the first three phases of the Vivalution WSI project, conducting research, design, and testing activities in parallel. Additionally, I collaborated with UX owner of the EHC Design Studio to streamline their design thinking process for healthcare products, creating templates for each tool.

In addition to my work on the Vivalution WSI project, I also spearheaded a project proposal for a female hormone monitoring device. This project involved collaboration with CETAS for market research and included user experience and industrial design aspects, as well as wireframing for the accompanying app, aiming to develop a comprehensive female care ecosystem. Throughout these projects, I gained invaluable experience in user-centered design, industrial design, and project management within the healthcare technology sector.
UX Champions Meet
The UX Champions Meet at Bosch EHC was a monthly gathering where I had the valuable opportunity to share insights and advancements in our new design thinking process. It provided a platform for open discussion and collaboration among colleagues, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
My internship at Bosch Global Software Technologies was an amazing experience where I got to learn a lot from the work and the people. From leading UX activities for the Vivalution WSI project to streamlining design processes at the EHC UX Design Studio, It helped me understand the parts of the design process that I need to work on more to actually achieve user-centered design and it also gave me a preview of what project management looks like within the healthcare technology sector.
